About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the entire financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-term strategic planning, and short-term transformation initiatives.
- Partner with regional finance and business teams to deliver actionable insights and performance analysis
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and key performance metrics
- Contribute to management presentations and business reviews with clear storytelling and data visualization
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and data quality
- Support ad hoc analysis, cost optimization efforts, and investment evaluations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and business driver
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial systems such as OneStream, Tableau a plus
- Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus.
