About the role

  • Intern supporting marketing and community management at SofaConcerts, a music platform. Involves social media and community engagement responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • You will support us in managing our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram
  • Content/SEO marketing: you will maintain our blog, independently write new posts, and proactively source engaging topics for our international community
  • You will help develop new marketing campaigns with the team and actively support planning and execution
  • You will review new artist applications from around the world, scout new talent, provide feedback, and assist with quality management
  • You will handle inquiries and concerns from our community and support communications

Requirements

  • You are studying Business Administration / Media Studies / Journalism / Cultural and Communication Studies — career changers are also welcome
  • You are available for 4–6 months and need to complete a mandatory internship as part of your studies
  • Previous experience through an internship in marketing/communications is a plus but not required
  • More important is that you love social media and follow the latest trends
  • Confident writing style. Experience writing and/or producing SEO articles (e.g., student newspaper, blog) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence: you can develop ideas independently and persuade others
  • A sense of humor and a creative mindset
  • You enjoy supporting our community with their questions and providing practical help
