- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, writers, producers, and cross-functional partners to bring integrated ideas to life
- Set and uphold high standards for design quality, consistency, and storytelling across consumer and developer-facing work
- Provide thoughtful feedback and mentorship to designers, helping elevate craft, confidence, and creative thinking
- Present design work clearly and confidently to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while protecting creative integrity
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience in creative marketing, brand, or digital environments
- Proven experience leading design for campaigns, launches, or partnerships from concept through execution
- Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, design craft, and storytelling
- Experience working closely with creative leadership and cross-functional partners
- Fluency in modern design tools such as Figma, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite
