About the role

  • Sr. Manager of Integrated Digital Marketing for Fidelity, leading campaign strategies and digital content promotion to engage wealth management firms. Collaborating with teams to drive marketing qualified leads through digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build smart campaign strategies with a team.
  • Promote content and messages to drive engagement.
  • Generate marketing qualified leads through digital campaigns.
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and engagement plans.
  • Implement best practices and provide direction to marketing partners.
  • Optimize content and tactics to improve business outcomes.
  • Partner with digital marketing channel owners.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working in financial services or related technology industry.
  • Expertise in campaign strategy, lead generation, and digital marketing.
  • Outstanding project management and communications skills.
  • Deep knowledge of financial services investment products and technology.
  • Ability to run multiple projects and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating with digital marketing and creative teams.
  • FINRA licenses are a plus.
