  • Process Engineer responsible for operational improvements across Wealth Investor Services at Fidelity. Collaborating with teams to enhance client and associate experiences in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for owning the successful delivery of operational and service improvements
  • Work directly with team leaders and associates to find opportunity areas
  • Analyze for root cause and define desired outcomes
  • Implement changes and measure results
  • Partner with technical teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver critical technical enablers

Requirements

  • Experience across multiple operational or service units
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and problems
  • Demonstrated passion for improving associate and client experience
  • Experience in identifying process issues and driving improvements
  • Experience in analyzing data to find opportunities
  • Familiarity with operational improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma
  • Experience in driving process improvements in an operations environment
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and organizations
