- Identify current waste in manufacturing and administrative processes

- Design and realize implementation of Low Cost Intelligent Automation (LCIA)
- Facilitate kaizen events and drive quick implementation
Requirements
- Leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BSME, BSIE, BSBA) or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Lean Systems implementation
- Knowledge of the Toyota Production System
- Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean System Black Belt preferred
- Black Belt Certification completion required within 15 months
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing environment
