Requirements

- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Release management and on-call production support experience.
- Automation, batch, and data support experience using JCL, TSO, SQL, ISPF, Control-M, and Python.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational transformation and process automation.
- Familiarity with IBM mainframe, distributed application architecture, and CSP services.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for delivering business impact through technology.
