- Recommend appropriate solutions: lenses, frames, premium equipment
- Perform assembly, adjustment and dispensing of eyewear
- Ensure an impeccable customer experience
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators: average basket, conversion rate, customer satisfaction
- Build local awareness and customer loyalty
- Implement sales initiatives tailored to a neighborhood clientele
- Provide regular reporting to management
- Supervise and lead a team of 2 people
- Organize schedules and task allocation
- Train and mentor an apprentice
- Create a positive, high-performing team dynamic
- Manage stock and orders with lens manufacturers
- Monitor service quality and the customer journey
- Keep up to date on products and innovations
Requirements
- Diploma in Opticianry (BTS Opticien-Lunetier) preferred
- Candidates without a diploma considered if they have strong technical expertise
- Proficiency in eye examinations and optical consultation
- Good knowledge of progressive lenses and premium solutions
- Experience managing a small team (2–5 people)
- Commercial orientation and strong customer relationship skills
- Autonomy, initiative and on-the-ground leadership
- Authorization/certification to perform eye examinations
- Familiarity with the Krys network or lens manufacturers (Essilor/Codir)
- Proficiency with K-Web software
