About the role

  • Director leading strategy and offerings for Fidelity's Executive Services program. Overseeing multi-year expansion initiatives and collaborating across various departments for service model evolution and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Using data and insights to find opportunities, measure performance, and iterate on features to meet Executive Services program, sponsor, and participant needs
  • Leading multiple priorities and initiatives in partnership with Executive Services Product Area and Distribution Teams
  • Establishing goals and communicating progress/status to ES leadership and key partners at various levels
  • Highlighting risks, dependencies, and managing progression against determined milestones
  • Representing Executive Services and seeking opportunities to partner with other business units and business partners to leverage and scale solutions and ensure alignment and integration of deliverables across domains
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance program efficiency, engagement, and overall initiative outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10-12 + years of financial services experience with a focus on strategy / product management
  • Deep understanding of the Workplace, Wealth and Brokerage businesses
  • Outstanding prioritization skills and the ability to navigate multiple highly matrixed organizations
  • Ability to think and operate both strategically and tactically
  • Superb relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possesses a startup mentality with comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Leadership skills demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
