About the role
- Director leading strategy and offerings for Fidelity's Executive Services program. Overseeing multi-year expansion initiatives and collaborating across various departments for service model evolution and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Using data and insights to find opportunities, measure performance, and iterate on features to meet Executive Services program, sponsor, and participant needs
- Leading multiple priorities and initiatives in partnership with Executive Services Product Area and Distribution Teams
- Establishing goals and communicating progress/status to ES leadership and key partners at various levels
- Highlighting risks, dependencies, and managing progression against determined milestones
- Representing Executive Services and seeking opportunities to partner with other business units and business partners to leverage and scale solutions and ensure alignment and integration of deliverables across domains
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance program efficiency, engagement, and overall initiative outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10-12 + years of financial services experience with a focus on strategy / product management
- Deep understanding of the Workplace, Wealth and Brokerage businesses
- Outstanding prioritization skills and the ability to navigate multiple highly matrixed organizations
- Ability to think and operate both strategically and tactically
- Superb relationship-building skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possesses a startup mentality with comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Leadership skills demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
