Responsibilities
work closely with a business-aligned team and key business partners to meaningfully engage 5,900 AM associates
develop thoughtful, strategic, and impactful communications campaigns, executive speaking points, presentations, intranet content, and messaging across digital, social channels and live events
drive communications that align with Fidelity priorities and connect associates to the business strategy
support organizational and cultural change
collaborate closely with colleagues in Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs teams covering government relations, public policy, external communications, community relations, social media, and more
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
10 years as a communications professional; experience with executive, internal, or external communications essential
Proven success building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners
Strong storytelling, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Experience delivering strategies and communications that effectively support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment
Highly motivated and can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment
Innovative thinker with a creative mindset to solving problems
