About the role

  • Director of Scientific Communications managing integrated medical communication strategies at Regeneron. Collaborating with teams to improve medical knowledge and patient outcomes through scientific communication.

Responsibilities

  • lead the creation and alignment of integrated medical communication strategies
  • drive the development and execution of comprehensive Integrated Medical Communication Plans
  • partner with medical directors and key collaborators to devise congress strategies
  • create scientific and digital communication materials
  • assess medical education gaps and develop tailored content
  • oversee the medical review process for accuracy and compliance
  • manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements

  • must have a PhD, MD, or PharmD
  • at least 8 years of relevant medical communication experience
  • demonstrated expertise in medical communication strategies, congress planning, scientific content development, and medical education
  • strong project management skills
  • ethical integrity
  • ability to work in a matrix organization
