Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of work experience including 4+ years of financial services experience
MBA, CFP or other related licenses or designations a plus
Solid understanding of investment products, including managed accounts, the financial planning process and advisory solutions
Proven experience analyzing complex customer and business requirements; anticipating operational risks, regulatory considerations and user experience challenges
Ability to work independently to assimilate new information, form conclusions and clearly communicate ideas and solutions
Experience gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional partners including product, design and development teams
Ability to define and support end-to-end testing and validation approaches to ensure high-quality customer and business outcomes
Adept at facilitating discussions with key business partners, ensuring productive dialogue, and influencing critical decisions
