About the role
- Audit Senior Analyst delivering audit quality excellence within Fidelity’s Professional Practices Group. Supporting audit methodologies and processes, and training auditors in efficient practices.
Responsibilities
- Supporting audit teams by reviewing reports, executive summaries, and TeamMate+ data before issuance
- Providing training and guidance to the department regarding Audit’s policies, procedures, and the IIA standards
- Guiding auditors in their use of TeamMate+, JIRA, and Archer
- Developing and updating audit methodology, communicating effective guidance and training, and integrating Innovation Team tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of audit or related experience, preferably in financial services
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong proactive problem analysis skills
- Understanding of risks, controls, audit practices, tools, and techniques
