- Resolve manufacturing issues on the shop floor by conducting root cause analysis and implementing process improvement proposals.
- Act as the link between Engineering, Production and Quality functions.
- Create, document and maintain the manufacturing manual so that it is clear and user-friendly (work instructions, etc.) for production staff.
- Develop, review and improve new products and work methods in compliance with standards.
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports on process and component failures, liaising with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding health, safety and environmental standards.
