  • Store Manager overseeing operations including leasing and team management at SmartStop Self Storage. Responsible for customer relations and facility maintenance in Abilene, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Leasing storage and parking
  • Managing a team
  • Assisting with maintenance
  • Supervising onsite projects
  • Communicating with the home office team
  • Maintaining good relationships with tenants by providing outstanding customer service
  • Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels
  • Prepares units for auction and vacates units as prescribed by law and approved by management
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have a valid drivers license and proof of current auto insurance
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate with solid office skills
  • Take-charge/can-do mentality yet able to follow set procedures.
