About the role

  • Project Management Officer responsible for planning and managing internal projects from kickoff to delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining documentation for effective project management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage internal projects from kickoff to delivery.
  • Create timelines, tasks, and milestones in ClickUp.
  • Work with department heads to align on goals, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentum.
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead efforts to improve workflows.
  • Help roll out standardized project management practices across departments.
  • Maintain clean and updated documentation (status reports, risk logs, post-project summaries).
  • Provide timely updates to the Head of PMO and highlight any blockers or wins.
  • Assist in coordinating internal resources and timelines.
  • Monitor budgets to help ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in project management (startup, agency, or internal ops preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with ClickUp (must-have).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
