Responsibilities
Supports the planning and coordination of HR projects
Coordinates HR initiatives from start to completion
Prepares project plans and timelines
Assists with scheduling, task tracking, and coordinating stakeholders
Keeps project documents organized, updated, and easy to access
Creates and maintains meeting notes, summaries, and status updates
Develops presentations and dashboards for stakeholders to communicate project status
Tracks milestones, KPIs, and deliverables
Supports budget tracking and logistical planning
Helps identify issues or risks and escalates them when needed
Assists in collecting input for post‑project reviews and improvement ideas
Helps create communication and training materials for change initiatives
Supports the organization of workshops and onboarding sessions
Collects feedback from stakeholders during change activities
May take responsibility for work packages within the HR projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in general HR, HR project coordination or HR digital transformation
Interest in HR innovation, digital tools, and data-driven project management
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
