- Prepares project plans and timelines

- Creates and maintains meeting notes, summaries, and status updates
- Develops presentations and dashboards for stakeholders to communicate project status
- Tracks milestones, KPIs, and deliverables

- Helps identify issues or risks and escalates them when needed
- Assists in collecting input for post‑project reviews and improvement ideas
- Helps create communication and training materials for change initiatives
- Supports the organization of workshops and onboarding sessions
- Collects feedback from stakeholders during change activities
- May take responsibility for work packages within the HR projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in general HR, HR project coordination or HR digital transformation
- Interest in HR innovation, digital tools, and data-driven project management
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in English is mandatory
