Responsibilities

  • Supports the planning and coordination of HR projects
  • Coordinates HR initiatives from start to completion
  • Prepares project plans and timelines
  • Assists with scheduling, task tracking, and coordinating stakeholders
  • Keeps project documents organized, updated, and easy to access
  • Creates and maintains meeting notes, summaries, and status updates
  • Develops presentations and dashboards for stakeholders to communicate project status
  • Tracks milestones, KPIs, and deliverables
  • Supports budget tracking and logistical planning
  • Helps identify issues or risks and escalates them when needed
  • Assists in collecting input for post‑project reviews and improvement ideas
  • Helps create communication and training materials for change initiatives
  • Supports the organization of workshops and onboarding sessions
  • Collects feedback from stakeholders during change activities
  • May take responsibility for work packages within the HR projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in general HR, HR project coordination or HR digital transformation
  • Interest in HR innovation, digital tools, and data-driven project management
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
