- Lead all project execution activities including kickoffs, schedule management, customer updates, change orders, invoicing, and close-out.

- Maintain working knowledge of IEEE, NEMA, and ANSI standards related to transformer installation.
- Professionally represent the company in all customer interactions.
- Provide performance updates and insights during internal reviews.
- Drive customer satisfaction through transparent, proactive communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of project management experience with similar types of equipment.
- Strong technical project management capabilities, including schedule management and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with internal systems, including Salesforce and SAP reports, for transformer services.
- Experience working in an engineered-product service environment with increasing responsibility.
- Customer-focused communication skills—verbal, written, listening, and presentation.
