Responsibilities
- Direct the development of electronic systems and products or suite of sensor platforms.
- Develop engineering standards and best practices, implement engineering procedures, testing protocols, and quality assurance standards to ensure optimal product performance.
- Manage or lead design development of electronic systems, components, or circuits.
- Oversee system design, signal processing, and hardware integration for devices such as sensors, control systems, and communication equipment.
- Lead engineering team in the development of solutions, integration tasks, testing, and deployment of systems containing radars, cameras, network, communications, software, and power technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or systems engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum fifteen (15+) years of design experience in radar, cameras, network, communications, software, systems, and power technology solutions supporting US Government customers and national security interests.
- Minimum Ten (10) years management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams, project management, designing, building, integrating, and deploying radar, camera, network, communications, software, and power solutions.
- Must have, or be eligible for a U.S. Government Security Clearance (DoD Secret; or DHS Suitability).
