About the role

  • Digital Marketing Coordinator for Feeds’n Needs enhancing digital presence across retail network in the Maritimes. Overseeing digital marketing campaigns, website management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the Feeds’n Needs digital presence across our retail network in the Maritimes
  • Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing foot traffic to stores and engagement across online platforms
  • Leverage email marketing (Mailchimp), paid ads, geo‑targeted promotions, and social media to reach customers
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, interpret key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights
  • Support the execution of a structured content calendar and produce creative assets such as photography, video, and graphics
  • Engage with customers by responding to digital inquiries and assisting with marketing needs of in‑store events and sponsorships
  • Monitor emerging trends in digital marketing and identify new tools and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in digital marketing campaign execution and analytics
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, Google Ads, Analytics, and paid media strategies
  • Graphic design skills using Adobe Suite or Canva are highly valued
  • Solid grasp of customer journey mapping and omnichannel marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Experience in retail marketing and eCommerce is considered an asset
