  • Digital Marketing Advisor for IPPF developing digital marketing strategies for clinics. Enhancing online presence and driving patient acquisition through innovative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct local market, client, and competitor analysis to inform digital strategies
  • Build digital roadmaps aligned to clinic revenue goals
  • Develop service‑led social media strategies and advertising plans
  • Improve website content and UX to enhance conversion
  • Explore and pilot new digital channels
  • Support the development of an integrated content strategy
  • Establish email and CRM foundations including consent management
  • Train and upskill MA teams across core digital disciplines
  • Ensure compliance with local data protection laws
  • Establish a unified KPI framework for performance reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial setting (minimum 6-months)
  • Digital marketing expertise across owned/earned/paid channels
  • Website management & UX improvement
  • Search Engine Optimization (on-page/technical/local)
  • Analytics & insight: Google Analytics reporting
  • International experience working in digital and/or e-commerce settings
  • Capacity building: Experience training non‑specialists
  • Cross‑cultural collaboration
  • Working style: Independent, solutions‑oriented, adaptable; able to travel internationally (up to 20% travel)
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in English is essential.
