About the role

  • E-Commerce Manager developing the online shop's functionality and customer journey for sustainable energy solutions. Collaborating on SEO and user experience with a dynamic start-up team.

Responsibilities

  • Actively develop and improve our online shop
  • Maintain and optimize the online shops together with two colleagues
  • Improve user flow and implement SEO measures
  • Implement features, integrations and plug-ins, and optimize payment and shipping processes
  • Analyze relevant KPIs and monitor the market

Requirements

  • Experience in online retail, ideally in a B2C or heavily shop-driven e-commerce business model
  • Solid understanding of online shops, including maintenance, conversion optimization, usability, content, SEO and analytics
  • Ability to set priorities and translate topics into meaningful roadmaps
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and discuss them collaboratively within the team
  • Self-organized and responsible working style
