About the role

  • Online Marketing Manager strategizing performance for E-Commerce brands. Collaborating with clients to optimize marketing efforts and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • As an Online Marketing Manager, you take strategic responsibility for the performance of selected e-commerce clients.
  • You develop scalable marketing strategies, manage implementation together with our clients, and ensure that advertising budgets are converted into profitable growth.
  • Develop comprehensive online marketing strategies for e-commerce brands with a focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads & email marketing.
  • Support clients in managing and optimizing Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Develop creative strategies (ad angles, hooks, testing frameworks).
  • Support landing page optimization & conversion rate optimization.
  • Contribute to offer building and positioning for clients.
  • Analyze KPIs (ROAS, MER, CAC, CLV, etc.) and derive concrete actions.
  • Work closely with clients at a strategic level.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing within an e-commerce environment
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience with email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo or comparable tools)
  • Strategic thinker: you understand that performance is not created solely in the ads manager
  • Confident with numbers, KPIs and business logic
  • Structured, self-directed way of working
  • Clear communication and a confident client-facing manner
  • Very good German language skills.
