  • Marketing Associate focused on data analysis and creative marketing strategies for Skowhegan Savings Bank. Collaborating across teams to enhance customer engagement and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on data collection, reporting, and applying creative marketing strategies to support the bank’s growth initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing data to uncover opportunities for increasing revenue within the existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and various business lines to help develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating new business, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding wallet share.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Work closely with the VP of CX, Marketing team and business lines to proactively identify revenue opportunities within customer data.
  • Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns to tap into identified revenue potential.
  • Develop, maintain and create reporting dashboards, merging data from CRM, legacy bank systems, and marketing tech stack.
  • Proactively act as a resource for the marketing team in data gathering and content creation.
  • Uncover business insights, analyze large amounts of data, and effectively reduce complexity to make actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 2 years of marketing or data analysis experience.
  • General knowledge of CRM systems and application support.
  • Prior Marketing experience preferred
