About the role

  • Marketing Analyst responsible for end-to-end B2B content production, strategy, and distribution. Focused on aligning subjects to drive demand and brand positioning for Intelipost.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the editorial content strategy, ensuring narrative consistency, alignment with business objectives, and continuous evolution of formats and channels;
  • Produce content with a high standard of writing and analytical depth, such as articles, long-form assets, case studies, landing pages, emails, scripts, institutional content, and campaign support materials;
  • Develop strategic themes (product, market, launches, trends, customers and events) into educational, value-oriented content that connects awareness, consideration and conversion;
  • Manage and evolve the editorial calendar, organizing mid- and long-term topics and integrating demands from campaigns, PR, SEO and commercial initiatives;
  • Publish and manage content on the blog/site (WordPress), ensuring best practices in structure, categorization, updates and distribution;
  • Optimize content for SEO and AEO/GEO, considering search intent, the customer journey and the impact of new AI-driven response formats;
  • Distribute content across channels such as social media, newsletters and email marketing, ensuring message coherence, format adaptation and consistent positioning;
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and nurture flows in HubSpot, connecting content to journey stages and demand generation objectives;
  • Support webinars, digital events and customer research initiatives, contributing to topic selection, scripts, promotional materials and content reuse plans;
  • Interface with external agencies (PR and SEO), reviewing, adapting and providing strategic direction for content;
  • Track performance metrics (organic traffic, qualified engagement, lead generation, influence on pipeline), turning data into insights and optimizations;
  • Use AI tools to gain efficiency in ideation, structuring and content review, while maintaining editorial curation and final quality;
  • Map market trends and editorial opportunities, connecting relevant topics to the narrative and Intelipost’s commercial priorities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience producing and managing B2B content, ideally in technology, logistics, e-commerce or similar contexts;
  • Excellent writing skills and command of grammar, with the ability to structure clear, analytical and value-oriented narratives;
  • Practical knowledge of SEO and familiarity with AEO/GEO;
  • Experience publishing and managing content in WordPress;
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation (email marketing and nurture flows);
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and building product narratives (positioning, differentiation and proof points);
  • Experience working on integrated projects with PR, campaigns and demand generation;
  • Experience producing long-form assets and bottom-of-funnel content;
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs or similar;
  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics and drive improvements;
  • Organization skills to manage multiple topics and deliveries in parallel;
  • Autonomy, a sense of ownership and focus on execution.
