Drive solutions at the interface between business and IT that improve processes and strengthen organizations sustainably.
Bring your consulting expertise, project know‑how, and initiative to develop clients purposefully and uncover potential.
Take on the technical and organizational leadership of demanding IT and digitalization projects and guide clients confidently on their cloud journey.
Provide proactive business consulting and process optimization advice at the business–IT interface, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solution approaches.
Digitalization, collaboration, and cloud shift are not just buzzwords to you — you think and act in line with modern IT and business processes to create real added value.
Plan, coordinate and manage projects using agile, traditional, or hybrid approaches — and, when needed, act as a (Technical) Product Owner at the client.
Bring solid knowledge of current IT trends, especially cloud hyperscalers such as AWS or Microsoft Azure, and apply them to solve operational and strategic challenges.
Communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels — within the team and with clients — and present results, roadmaps, and recommendations professionally and effectively.

You have substantial professional experience in IT project management and/or business consulting and have successfully contributed to multiple projects.
You are well-versed in project management methodologies and can apply them according to the customer scenario.
You enjoy consulting, working with diverse clients and locations, and are eager to stay up to date technologically and methodologically while contributing to an engaged team.
You have a consulting mindset: you proactively take on tasks with clients, coordinate actively, maximize your utilization, and manage it independently.
Supporting and guiding clients through change processes is a natural part of your approach.
