- You will develop your skills with our support through an individual training plan
- Together with us you will further develop your business case for sustainable project acquisition to maintain your utilization—if desired, we will support you on the path to (equity) partnership
- Optionally, you can get involved in Corporate Development to help shape the future of our company
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative and a willingness to take responsibility
- Several years of consulting experience with a focus on Transaction Banking topics
- Solid expertise in at least one of the following areas: payment systems and processes, cash management and liquidity control, trade finance instruments and processes, digitalization in Transaction Banking
- Ability to analyze complex matters in a structured and solution-oriented way
- As a Manager, you will have developed an initial network of potential clients with the opportunity to expand it jointly up to client acquisition
- As a Senior Manager, you will have already developed a business case and established reliable contacts with potential clients
- At least a good university degree in Economics, (Business) Mathematics or a related field
- Excellent work and project outcomes
- Very good German skills (for non-native speakers, at least good German with a willingness to further improve)
- Very good English skills
