Responsibilities
You support the Director Insurance in expanding and further developing our consulting services in the insurance sector — with a focus on sales, business development and client management.
You proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and actively contribute to building a strong client pipeline.
You cultivate and develop long-term, trust-based relationships with prospective clients and partners.
You contribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations and sales materials that meet client needs and SKAD’s high quality standards.
You work closely with the consulting teams to optimally align client acquisition and project delivery.
Optionally, you can get involved in initiatives in Corporate Development or Marketing to help drive the company’s further development.
Requirements
You have an entrepreneurial mindset: self-initiated, self-motivated and willing to actively shape your career path.
You have substantial professional experience in sales, business development or account management, ideally in the insurance or consulting industry.
You bring practical sales experience — e.g. in active client acquisition, account management or commercial responsibility.
Experience in sales training or in developing sales organizations (capability building) is an advantage.
You are familiar with different distribution channels such as exclusive agency models, brokers, bancassurance or digital direct channels.
You have strong communication and presentation skills and a convincing, client-focused presence.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required; a 100% remote role is also possible from SKAD’s side.
Fluent German and English (C1+).
