Apply design thinking practices (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) to create learner-centered solutions that improve adoption, proficiency, and behavior change.
Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging instruction using effective information architecture, storytelling, scenario design, and assessment strategy.
Design for application by building practice-forward learning (workflows, simulations, scenarios, guided exercises, challenge-based tasks) that supports on-the-job transfer.
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives, success criteria, and measurement plans (knowledge checks, skill demonstrations, and outcomes).
Contribute to adaptive learning experiences (e.g., branching pathways, recommendations, modular progression) to personalize instruction and reduce time-to-proficiency.
Use learner and business insights (completion data, feedback, support trends, etc.) to continuously iterate and improve learning effectiveness.
Embrace AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and quality in tasks such as prototyping, drafting, editing, accessibility checks, media scripting, and localization, and assess the output for accuracy, brand consistency, and more.
Help develop internal guidelines and repeatable workflows for AI-assisted design and content creation.

Actively participate in multiple simultaneous projects using basic-to-intermediate project management practices (timelines, risk identification, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience developing online learning in a corporate or B2B environment (customer education, enablement, L&D, or product training).
