Affiliate Account Manager responsible for recruiting and managing partnerships to promote SiteGround's products and services. Overseeing the full partner lifecycle from acquisition to performance optimization.
Responsibilities
As an Affiliate Account Manager, you'll be at the intersection of business development, relationship management, and performance marketing. Your mission: identify, recruit, and grow a diverse network of affiliates, content creators, influencers, technology partners, and strategic allies who will promote SiteGround's expanding portfolio of products and services. You'll own the full partner lifecycle - from prospecting and outreach to onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship growth.;
Partner Acquisition & Outreach: Proactively identify and recruit high-potential affiliates, bloggers, content creators, review sites, comparison platforms, agencies, and technology partners. Craft compelling outreach that speaks to each partner type's unique value proposition;
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing partners. Serve as their primary point of contact, providing them with resources, creatives, product updates, and strategic guidance to maximize their performance;
Portfolio Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop partner-facing materials and campaigns that cover SiteGround's full product range - Web Hosting, AI Studio, Coderick AI, Website Builder, E-commerce, and more. Help partners understand each product's strengths and effectively communicate their value to their audiences;
Performance Optimization: Monitor partner performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase conversions, revenue, and partner satisfaction. Negotiate commission structures and incentive programs;
Market Intelligence: Stay on top of affiliate marketing trends, competitor programs, and industry shifts. Bring insights and ideas to the team to keep SiteGround's partner program competitive and innovative;
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, PPC, and sales teams to align partner activities with broader company goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns;
Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on partner program KPIs. Use data to inform decisions, identify top performers, and surface opportunities for program improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, business development, or a related field - ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital services;
Proven track record of recruiting and growing partner relationships that drive measurable business results;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships across cultures and time zones;
Analytical mindset - comfortable working with performance data, affiliate platforms, and reporting tools to optimize outcomes;
Self-starter with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple partner relationships and priorities simultaneously;
Genuine interest in web technologies, AI products, and the creator/affiliate ecosystem;
Fluent in English.
