Technical support role assisting customers in adopting SiPearl's next-gen CPU platform. Collaborating with internal teams and providing technical insights to enhance product development.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, partners and integrators during pre-sales, integration and deployment phases
Provide in-depth technical support in collaboration with R&D on topics such as CPU architecture, server integration, system bring-up and performance optimization
Support software vendors (ISVs) in porting and validating applications on SiPearl platforms
Execute PoCs, performance benchmarks and validation tests with customers
Deliver product demonstrations, training and documentation to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product development
Collect technical feedback to influence the product roadmap and improve solutions
Requirements
10+ years of experience in system engineering, platform validation or FAE roles in server/data center environments
Deep understanding of CPU architecture (x86, ARM or RISC-V), server platforms and modern data center workloads
Proficiency with hardware, BIOS/firmware, OS (Linux) integration and system performance tuning
Experience working with OEMs, ODMs, hyperscalers or large IT organizations
Strong analytical skills and hands-on technical experience in lab settings and on customer sites
Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse technical and business audiences
Fluency in English is required to succeed in this role.
