About the role

  • AdOps Associate operationalizing workflows for TV ad campaigns at Simulmedia, collaborating with product and AdOps teams for effective execution and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan compelling television ad campaigns that achieve the client’s audience-targeting goals in a cost-effective manner.
  • Purchase and financially reconcile the corresponding media for the ad campaign across our host of TV Network partnerships.
  • Traffic the creative assets and creative instructions to the networks.
  • Compile post-campaign reports that show the campaign’s effectiveness in reaching the client’s audience and provide data-driven insights for future planning.
  • Monitor active campaigns on a daily basis and assemble client deliverables, such as proposals, weekly pacing reports, and pre-logs.
  • Translate workflows provided by the PM into detailed, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures for daily execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and ensure these guides are kept up-to-date as processes evolve.
  • Collaborate with our Ukraine-based Product & Technical teams to communicate feedback on our internal tools & automation for a more seamless workflow.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of new tools and workflows as innovations become available.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years in data analytics or in media operations, either at a full-service agency, media agency, or client-side.
  • A keen interest in TV advertising and technology. Experience with VBA/Macros is beneficial but not required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
