Responsibilities
As part of the trainee program, you will get to know different e-commerce areas, e.g. CRM, online marketing, buying & planning, content & campaign, shop performance, and marketplace
To position our brands perfectly at every online touchpoint of our customer, you will help design an innovative customer journey with us
In doing so, you'll learn our latest tools and systems, work with KPIs and data, and be close to our products
You will collaborate at eye level with all relevant colleagues, leaders, and sparring partners
You will become familiar with both the full spectrum of operational day-to-day business and the strategic projects and objectives
Requirements
Degree in business informatics, business administration with a digital focus, or a comparable qualification
Initial practical experience in the industry, e.g. through an internship or a working-student position
Ideally, some experience in areas such as UX optimization, feature development, A/B testing, as well as an interest in SQL and data-driven work
Digital skills and the desire to further develop them (Excel, Google Analytics)
Self-initiative and a high level of commitment and flexibility
Curiosity, communication skills, and willingness to learn
Passion for working in e-commerce
