About the role

  • Sales Admin Assistant supporting Vehicle Admin Registration Team to ensure accurate execution of administrative tasks. Focus on customer vehicle registration and documentation processes at Vantage Automotive in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Vehicle Admin Registration Team
  • Accurately enter customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM portal
  • Prepare documentation and assist with LTA vehicle registration processes
  • Handle COE-related matters and update On-Board Unit (OBU) details in the system
  • Set up vehicle ownership records in the system
  • Generate and issue vehicle tax invoices
  • Scan, upload, and maintain proper filing of records
  • Review vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Polytechnic Diploma and above (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in administration support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and adaptable to fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
