Responsibilities
- Work in IT financial governance, ensuring control, predictability and efficiency in the use of resources.
- Responsible for monitoring contracts, analyzing CAPEX/OPEX, supporting budgetary and strategic planning, and maintaining financial and operational processes for executive decision-making.
- Manage and monitor IT contracts (services, licenses, consulting, support/maintenance, cloud, etc.).
- Control and report CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
- Conduct budget variance analyses, forecasts and consumption trend analyses.
- Support the annual budgeting cycle (planning, revisions and projections).
- Reconcile invoices and validate supplier charges.
- Ensure adherence to performance indicators, SLAs and contractual clauses.
- Work with internal areas (Procurement, Legal, Accounting) on the contracting and renewal workflow.
- Prepare dashboards and executive reports for IT leadership.
- Support internal and external audits with structured information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT financial management, including CAPEX and OPEX.
- Experience in contract management and vendor/supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge of the procurement cycle: requisition, quotation, negotiation, approval and payment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and analytical tools (Power BI desirable).
- Understanding of IT cost structures: cloud, support/maintenance, projects, licensing.
- Basic knowledge of ITSM, governance (COBIT/ITIL), compliance and audit (desirable).
