About the role

  • Own and Grow the NZ & AU Market, taking full ownership of new business activity across the APAC region.
  • Manage and close inbound leads.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through a combination of outbound outreach, targeted prospecting, and market-driven initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery calls with solutions demos, understanding customer needs and positioning our solution as the best fit.
  • Drive urgency and close deals efficiently, handling objections and ensuring a seamless buying experience for SMB decision-makers.
  • Maintain a high deal volume, effectively managing a fast-moving pipeline and accurately track in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Identify opportunities, create mini-campaigns, and engage prospects in ways that resonate locally.
  • Utilise tools and systems to strategically prospect key ICP verticals or regions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams, providing feedback to improve lead quality and help ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
  • Follow up with prospects who have engaged with Sign In Solutions through trials, solution demos, or other inbound inquiries.
  • Answering calls and enquiries.
  • Attend exhibitions as required.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient transition of closed deals to the onboarding team for quick implementation.
  • Work closely with the manager to share insights, strategies, and feedback on sales performance.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or a related field.
  • Experience with high-volume, low-touch sales or lead generation is a plus.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects in short, value-driven conversations.
  • Comfortable with outbound email and phone outreach with a focus on quick responses and closing sales.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus. (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
