About the role

  • Traffic Manager overseeing the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels for SiGMA Group. Managing stakeholder collaboration and optimizing project budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including scopes, timelines, budgets, requirements, and status reports
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Implement and maintain processes that improve cross-functional alignment and decision making
  • Maintain continuous contact with stakeholders, coordinating resources and providing project alignment
  • Lead weekly project meetings with marketing teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with regional marketing peers and cross-functional partners
  • Facilitate communication between creative, content, sales, product, and technical teams
  • Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams on marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Work with brand managers to collect deadlines, budgets, and campaign objectives
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets for in-store and digital activations
  • Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and aligned with global business strategy
  • Manage content calendar and scheduling of campaign deadlines
  • Develop and manage marketing campaign budgets, ensuring adherence across all projects
  • Allocate resources effectively and coordinate with external vendors when needed
  • Track project expenses and provide regular budget reports
  • Optimize resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and cost performance
  • Gather and analyze data to evaluate project objectives, goals, and progress
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Use data insights to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or agency environment
  • Proven track record managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, Jira, or similar)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data and metrics
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenges
  • Capacity to juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
