About the role

  • Lead and coordinate field merchandising in a defined territory, ensuring timely product placement, quality standards and staff performance. Recruit, train and motivate team members while maintaining close communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • You organize the timely stocking of merchandise in your territory according to customer specifications
  • Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective measures
  • Recruit and hire new employees
  • Onboard and train employees
  • Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training

  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Role-model behaviour & motivational talent
  • Driver's licence Category B (formerly Class 3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Ideally, initial practical experience in field service and in leading employees
