- Provide targeted coaching to our partners and their employees to foster positive store development in your assigned region
- Train partners on product preparation
- Participate in the selection, hiring and dismissal of agency partners
- Organize smooth handovers of stores to franchise or agency partners
- Report malfunctions and coordinate and decide on emergency repairs
Requirements
