Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise stocking and product placement according to client specifications
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and accept responsibility
  • Role model with strong motivational skills
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or team leadership preferred
