About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organizing product merchandising and shelving according to client specifications
  • Hiring new employees

  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with employees, clients, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training

  • Willingness to make and take responsibility for decisions
  • Role model with strong motivational skills
  • Valid Class B driver's license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or staff supervision preferred
