Responsibilities
Organizing merchandise stocking and shelving according to client specifications
Hiring new employees
Onboarding and training employees
Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
Communicating with employees, clients, and colleagues
Requirements
Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
Ability to work independently
Willingness to make decisions and be accountable for them
Lead-by-example attitude and strong motivational skills
Valid driver's license (Class B, formerly FS3)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
Practical experience in field sales and/or team leadership preferred
