About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor the results of the Personal Banking Segment and support the implementation of initiatives to achieve related objectives.
- Perform data analyses on the Segment’s performance and contribute to developing action plans based on strategic guidelines.
- Support analyses and provide accurate information to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across segments.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical, and operational discussions.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights on opportunities and threats to the segment.
- Assist with data analyses and support the team in identifying and mitigating risks.
- Support analyses and communication plans for results and insights derived from mapping the member journey.
Requirements
- Knowledge of programming languages (SQL / Python);
- Experience in performance management and creating indicators (KPIs);
- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree);
- Analytical thinking;
- Curiosity and proactivity to learn new things and the ambition to take on new challenges;
- Knowledge of banking products and services;
