Responsibilities
Conduct complex analyses and mappings, considering impacts across multiple SAP modules in collaboration with the PM.
Drive discovery and co-creation with strategic stakeholders together with the PM.
Propose systemic improvements and innovative solutions with autonomy.
Act in the preventive and strategic mitigation of regulatory and tax risks.
Influence the definition of product-related metrics, KPIs and OKRs.
Participate in system evolution and digital transformation projects.
Serve as a technical and consultative reference for business and IT areas.
Support and mentor mid-level (PL) and junior (JR) analysts, promoting best practices.
Work alongside the PM to decompose complex initiatives, defining criteria and standards to ensure clarity and quality.
Promote advanced agile practices, ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to frameworks.
Manage risks and dependencies, anticipating impacts and coordinating integration across areas.
Turn data into strategic insights to support decision-making and the product's systemic evolution.
Participate in initiative upstream activities together with the PM.
Contribute at the start of the upstream process with business insights, helping PMs prioritize, schedule, or discard initiatives.
Share opportunities for product improvement and evolution identified together with the PM.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, IT, or related fields.
Strong experience with SAP ERP, including integrations between FI, CO and MM modules.
Strong knowledge of controlling, finance, tax and accounting processes.
Proficiency in agile methodologies, software engineering and advanced data analysis.
Deep knowledge or hands-on experience with BTP, Datasphere, BPA and DRC.
Critical thinking, systems thinking, negotiation skills and ability to influence.
