Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed: degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or similar.
Knowledge and experience in personnel administration processes.
Experience with Senior systems (Ronda and Rubi) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) model.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams.
