About the role

• Junior Analyst in HR Administration at Sicredi with a focus on personnel management. Enabling improvement in the quality of life for society and associates through collaboration and support.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities including: employee onboarding, time and attendance control, vacation management, and employee record updates.
• Provide excellent service and support to our clients.
• Support payroll processing and related adjustments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed: degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or similar.
• Knowledge and experience in personnel administration processes.
• Experience with Senior systems (Ronda and Rubi) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) model.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams.
