About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team for payroll-deductible loans, portability and personal loans, ensuring connection with the business team, central institutions and cooperatives, maximizing results and ensuring the sustainability of our business;
  • Responsible for our operation indicators (SLA, TME, TMA, issue backlog), analyzing scenarios and proposing practical actions together with the business teams for any deviations, reinforcing a proactive and structured culture in problem handling;
  • Influence business strategy based on scalability opportunities and the customer experience of our products;
  • Stay connected with the CAS Innovation Ecosystem, seeking leverage opportunities that accelerate our automation and resilience;
  • Promote synergies with other areas and products at CAS, serving as a reference and sharing best practices with other operations teams;
  • Participate in industry forums and events, keeping the team informed about trends and best practices;
  • Coordinate interfaces with central institutions and cooperatives to ensure proper prioritization and the best experience, listening to and staying close to received needs.

Requirements

  • Aptitude and interest in leading teams and building high-performance teams;
  • Experience with products and customer journeys for Personal Credit;
  • Knowledge of the credit business, especially the full value chain from origination to recovery and credit risk;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Databricks, Denodo or other data analytics tools/languages;
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies for process automation;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
