Stay connected with the CAS Innovation Ecosystem, seeking leverage opportunities that accelerate our automation and resilience;
Promote synergies with other areas and products at CAS, serving as a reference and sharing best practices with other operations teams;

Coordinate interfaces with central institutions and cooperatives to ensure proper prioritization and the best experience, listening to and staying close to received needs.
Requirements
Aptitude and interest in leading teams and building high-performance teams;
Experience with products and customer journeys for Personal Credit;
Knowledge of the credit business, especially the full value chain from origination to recovery and credit risk;
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Databricks, Denodo or other data analytics tools/languages;
Proficiency in tools and technologies for process automation;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
