About the role
- Consultant in AI and Innovation at Sicredi, focusing on transformations through AI and agile practices. Engaging in strategic projects and stakeholder management for business evolution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across processes and customer/member journeys, aligned with business strategy.
- Drive critical, ethical, and productive AI adoption, turning it into competitive advantage for members and employees.
- Identify, monitor, and communicate use cases with functional requirements, success criteria, and impact metrics.
- Lead tests and validations (PoCs/pilots), support deployment and adoption with engagement strategies, and consolidate learnings for adjustments and scalability.
- Plan, track, and report initiatives using agile methods (Scrum/Kanban), integrating OKRs and risk management through PMO best practices.
- Connect and coordinate stakeholders (Central, CAS, cooperatives, and partners), facilitate agile ceremonies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build a trends and futures radar (market, regulatory, technology) and translate insights into opportunities for cooperatives and the Central Office.
- Link technological innovation to decision-making, translating AI into tangible, measurable results for Sicredi.
- Promote a results-oriented innovation culture: workshops, communities of practice, and learning paths focused on AI and agility.
- Convert insights into opportunities, support theses and prioritization criteria, and connect ecosystem and strategic partners to accelerate solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
- Completed specialization or MBA
- Proven experience implementing AI projects, including governance and measurable results
- Experience in innovation and agile project management
- Practical knowledge of GenAI/ML models, prompt best practices, and AI governance/security fundamentals
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel
