About the role

Responsibilities

• Support analyses, studies and proposals that strengthen business results;
• Engage with central offices and cooperatives to present opportunities, contributing to strategic actions aimed at corporate (PJ) clients;
• Assist the team with studies to understand behaviors and continuously evaluate the journeys of corporate members and corporate managers;
• Support governance and liaison with teams that work on corporate solutions, contributing to the development of integrated solutions;
• Monitor and participate in the execution of projects and initiatives in the corporate portfolio, ensuring alignment with agreed deadlines and company objectives;
• Contribute to the development of business strategies focused on growing the corporate portfolio, increasing primary relationships, and generating value for members;
• Support the identification and proposal of improvements in the distribution of products and services, aiming for greater efficiency and member satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or specializations in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
• Proactive and self-motivated;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to extract and work with data using SQL and Excel;
• Knowledge of banking products and services;
• Business Process Management (BPM);
• SQL, Excel and Power BI;
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
• Knowledge of Product Management;
• Storytelling and PowerPoint.
