About the role
- IT Business Analyst leading the development of integration strategies and workflows for government systems at Trissential. Collaborating with teams to ensure successful implementation and compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Document current and future state workflows for EDMS-related processes
- Create integration specifications for SWIFT and SEMA4 (inbound and outbound)
- Develop integration strategies, schedules, and test scenarios
- Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Facilitate pre-discovery meetings and manage milestones across stakeholders
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Support UAT testing and coordinate with vendors for successful implementation
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Proven track record leading design and implementation of complex IT projects
- Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management (PM)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across teams
- Business Analyst Certification (IIBA or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with government systems or large-scale integrations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
