Responsibilities
- Support analyses, studies and proposals that drive growth in results
- Build relationships with central organizations and cooperatives to present opportunities, contributing to strategic engagement with corporate (PJ) clients
- Assist the team with studies to understand behaviors and continuously evaluate the journeys of corporate members and corporate managers
- Support governance and liaise with areas that provide solutions for corporate (PJ) clients, contributing to the development of integrated solutions
- Monitor and participate in the execution of projects and initiatives in the corporate (PJ) portfolio, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines and company objectives
- Contribute to the development of business strategies aimed at growing the corporate (PJ) portfolio, increasing primary relationships, and generating value for members
- Support the identification and proposal of improvements in the distribution of products and services, aiming for greater efficiency and member satisfaction
Requirements
- Degree and further qualifications in Business Administration, Economics, Production/Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to source and work with data using SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Nice to have:
